Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £100. Orders below this threshold are subject to a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping thresholds may vary during promotional periods.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–4 working days before dispatch. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Please note that during busy periods processing may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may vary due to customs clearance, local couriers, or peak periods.

United Kingdom — 4–10 working days
Europe — 4–10 working days
United States & Canada — 5–10 working days
UAE — 5–11 working days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are set by your local authority and are not included in your order total. ARKIIVE has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance. The customer is responsible for any applicable fees.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal of customs charges, the parcel may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
