Processing Time


All orders are processed within 4–6 working days before dispatch. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Delivery times below are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary slightly due to customs clearance, local couriers, or peak periods.

Customs & Duties Policy

For all international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.

ARKIIVE has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

Delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

Delivery timelines provided are estimates from the date of dispatch.

By placing an order with ARKIIVE, you agree to this customs and delivery policy.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a delivery is refused, not collected, or cannot be delivered for any reason (including failure to pay customs charges):

  • The parcel will be returned to us or handled by the carrier.
  • Our shipping partners charge a return fee, which must be covered by the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we are unable to contact the customer, or the parcel is not claimed, the shipment may be considered abandoned and disposed of by the carrier. In this case, the order will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Returns & cancellations

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Any returned items must be unused and in original condition, in line with our Returns Policy.
