Returns Information

We hope you love your ARKIIVE purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please review the information below carefully before initiating a return.

Customers have up to 28 days from the date of delivery to request a return for full-price items.

Sale items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items returned outside of these timeframes may not be accepted.

All return requests must meet the conditions outlined on this page.

Frequently asked questions

Acceptable Return Conditions 

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from marks, stains, odours, or damage
  • Returned in original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as ARKIIVE cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Please allow 10–14 working days for your refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.


Please note that bank processing times may vary and are outside of our control.

Important

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • Returns that do not comply with this policy may be sent back to the customer.
  • ARKIIVE is not responsible for return parcels until they are received by us.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
